Soraya Howard serves as Managing Director of Human Resources and Administration, Office Manager, and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Pactolus. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing all human resources functions, managing office operations, and providing executive support to the CEO.

Soraya joined the firm after initially working as a personal organizing consultant to the CEO. With over 20 years of experience in prominent law firms as a paralegal and legal assistant, she has built a diverse and accomplished career. Soraya previously held the CIPP/US designation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals, a global standard for privacy professionals.

In addition to her corporate experience, Soraya has engaged in various entrepreneurial endeavors, including founding EcoGreen Organizing and teaching fiber arts to adults and children. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in Special Education from American University.

Outside of her professional life, Soraya enjoys gardening, pickleball, sailing, dancing, knitting, and reading.
