Sandra Jones rejoined the Pactolus Team in April 2024 as an Independent Consultant, after retiring from Pactolus in December 2023. With a seven-year tenure at the firm primarily as a Client Services Manager and then Vice President, Sandra developed extensive institutional knowledge. As a consultant, she continues to support the firm’s operational and investment-related goals and initiatives.

Sandra brings over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. Most of her career was spent in business management and support roles at Bank of America’s Private Wealth Management sector, where she provided financial services to the firm’s most affluent clients, including tailored credit services and comprehensive investment products. As a Business Support Manager at Bank of America’s Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust), Sandra successfully onboarded and coached new hires. Additionally, she served as Assistant Vice President and Service-Level-Fit Manager for the Private Bank’s Mid-Atlantic and North Carolina markets, where she managed the realignment of core relationships and identified new revenue opportunities.
