Gary Kedda

Gary Kedda serves as Managing Director – Finance, Pactolus. Gary is part of the senior management team and is responsible for financial planning and reporting and administrative and control functions of Pactolus.

Gary has over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance in both public and private sectors. Gary has held the following executive positions - Chief Financial Officer for a software engineering firm, Vice President of Finance and Administration for a government contracting company, and Corporate Controller for a publicly traded international IT & management training company. Gary also started a consulting company that provides support to small and mid-size companies. Gary has experience and knowledge in the areas of general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, international and domestic tax planning, forecasting, government contracts administration, human resources, cash management, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions. Gary has worked for the public accounting firms of Coopers & Lybrand in Los Angeles, CA and Ernst & Young in Pittsburgh, PA.

Gary holds a Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University in Washington D.C. and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Administration from Thiel College in Greenville, PA. Gary is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
