RapidFLEX™ System Management Console
The RapidFLEX System Management Console provides platform owners with an easy-to-use, graphical software tool for centralized monitoring and management of their RapidFLEX platform components and SIPware services.

With the RapidFLEX System Management Console, platform owners can:

Configure and monitor XTML applications (SIPware Services) running on RapidFLEX
Application Servers
Monitor the server inventory and endpoints on media servers
View connection states between message peers
View log files
Manage licenses
Receive and display SNMP traps

The RapidFLEX System Management Console features a graphical interface displaying
information about:

Service Hosts — machines on which service agents reside; each machine can host up to
three types of service agents.
Service Agents — applications, media servers and message peers monitored by the console (A message peer is a service host that communicates with another service host.)

Using the RapidFLEX System Management Console, administrators can:

View all applications, media servers or message peers associated with a Service Host
View detailed information on agents, media servers (e.g. endpoint information), and message peers (e.g. outage logs)
Perform certain functions, such as starting and stopping applications or sessions
View all agents of a particular type across all service hosts
View SNMP traps (if you have been configured to receive them).
View usage statistics
Monitor connections
Manage application licenses.

The Object Pane displays the available service hosts and service agents in a tree view.
The Information Pane displays information about the children of the selected item in the
Object Pane.
The Status Pane is a history of all actions in the session.

The Secondary Windows display a variety of information, including license management,
all service hosts, all message peers, all applications, all SNMP traps, etc.
