Verscom Expands EMEA Carrier Reach With Pactolus
Carrier Network Developer/Integrator Exceeds $1 Million in Sales of Pactolus Products.
STOCKHOLM, Sweden and MARLBOROUGH, Mass. - May 16, 2006 -
Pactolus Communications Software Corporation, developers of the most comprehensive IP voice service suite and service creation and delivery environment for telecom service providers, today announced it has entered into a development and distribution agreement with Verscom, a leading telecommunications systems integrator throughout the European, Middle Eastern and African markets. Under the agreement, Verscom is integrating Pactolus' SIPware IP voice services suite into IP service provider networks now being developed in Turkey, Bahrain and across the Middle East, and is leveraging Pactolus' RapidFLEX Service Creation Environment and Service Delivery Platform to create new services and service feature enhancements. Within weeks, senior technology staff was fully trained and creating IP voice services that leverage previously un-tapped carrier information resources, invoke real-time subscriber policy and security, and provide new usability and account control features.
